Melissa Aguilera

Melissa Aguilera, BS, is a Birth Parent Counselor of Adoption Arc. She obtained a Bachelor of Science with a degree in Health Studies from La Salle University on May, 2007. She worked with the female population at Renfrew Center, an eating disorder facility, as a Counselor for close to two years. Melissa has been married for eleven years to her wonderful Cuban husband and has three amazing daughters. She is very active in her church and very involved with her family. Melissa is fluent in Spanish and English, born in Philadelphia and raised in Puerto Rico.

Melissa feels honored to be a part of the Adoption Arc family and states that working at the agency has been an amazing experience for her and will continue to be. Melissa states, “Being able to help birth mothers come to an important decision that is beneficial to both mom and baby is something that I will always appreciate." Melissa understands that adoption is a decision that comes from the heart of an unselfish mother to the heart of an adoptive family.
